Rock

They’re calcium deposits in your inner ear, usually called ear rocks. If they get dislodged, you’ll feel a little off-balance and have to lie to one side until they find their resting place. That new sound in your head at night? The rock conducting, amplifying the voice. Shhh, just sleep.
